We grew out of the community – students building for students. That remains our core.
As students, we experienced ourselves how frustrating job hunting can be. Job ads that don't fit. Platforms that feel like they're from the 2000s. Applications that go nowhere.
We started thinking: What would a job search look like that is truly built for young people? The result is workpilot.ai – our project, which has since become far more than that.
Our goal: use AI to help every young person in Germany find the job that fits their life.
